Before purchasing, please note the following:

1. Ensure your device has Thunderbolt 3/4 or USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 or above ports that support "Power Delivery, DisplayPort Alt Mode." If you are unsure, please check with HODO.

2. The screen resolution will be optimal if your laptop is a DP1.4 source and supports 4K display (external screen and laptop simultaneously) with HDMI 2.0 or higher specification cables.

3. The PD (charging port) only supports power supply and does not support the screen extension function.

4. The charger and cable are not included with this product.

5. For fast charging, use a 65W or higher power supply.

6. For some laptops, check with HODO if the PD port cannot be charged.

7. The hub will need 7-8W of power consumption for the other ports to work properly, so it's best to keep the hub in a charging state.

8. This USB-C docking station is only applicable to laptops with built-in USB-C ports and cannot be used with converters or cables exceeding 3 meters.

9. Mac devices only support Mirror Mode and Extend Mode, not A-B+C or A-B+C+D (which are only supported on Windows laptops).

The HODO USB-C Docking Station is compatible with various Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple laptops, but there are also some incompatible models. Please check the compatibility list or contact HODO to ensure your device is supported.

The HODO USB-C Docking Station features: - Dual HDMI 4K (160HZ & 130HZ), 14K@60HZ DisplayPort, 11080P VGA, 3* USB 2.0, and a USB-C Power Charging Port (max 100W). - On macOS systems, the external monitor screens will be the same, regardless of mirror or extended mode. - The laptop docking station supports up to 4K Dual/Triple Display videos and can output up to 1080P@60Hz on all displays when the VGA port is connected. - The 100W USB-C PD Charging Port supports up to 87W (safe) output, but please use a 65W or higher power adapter (not included) to avoid system warnings. - The USB-C hub has 3 USB 2.0 ports, allowing you to connect keyboards, mice, USB flash drives, and USB-C hard disks with transfer speeds up to 480Mbps.
